The Funky Truth

I love a good teen romance. The issue with this series is that the main character is so bland, she has zero personality, so the series relies heavily on the supporting cast. I think it's just that the actress can't act, she shows no emotion to anything really. She also comes across as miserable, rude and ungrateful 99.9% of the time. The first series was good but the second series is just boring unfortunately.

A truly beautiful and deeply emotional film. It may be a bunch of animals travelling together, but their journey and interactions are very thought provoking and profound. It deals with many aspects of human emotion such as greed, thoughtlessness, meanness, as well as kindness, generosity and overcoming fears. It's a great film for children and adults alike, a good lesson on the kind of friendships that are worth having and a lovely reminder of what is truly important in life.

The second game was a let down due to the way the story went, and as the series follows this same level of ruining of characters, it's a massive thumbs down from me. This is what happens when woke story telling and agendas get pushed, the people push back because we're not interested.

Wow, Google, you should be removing all of these paid reviews. The same review is on here numerous times under different names! The film is an abomination! It's absolutely dire in every possible sense of the word. Avoid it at all costs, lest you waste valuable minutes of your life that you'll never get back.

Watched it for the first time a few years and felt it was the best crime thriller series I'd ever seen. Rewatched it for the second time now and can concur, it is the best crime drama series I have seen (and I've seen most of them including many of the foreign ones). The characters have real depth and their development is fantastic. I especially loved Holder, he's absolutely amazing and played brilliantly by Kinnaman. All the actors are fantastic in it. Highly recommend it for anyone that likes a gritty, dark crime series.

Not great! The main actress was lackluster and whilst I love Sam Heughan in Outlander, and he does the romance role well in that, there was really something missing in this film with his character. I think it was just too contrived and the texts he was getting weren't profound enough to make someone fall in love with the other person without seeing them, so it just wasn't believable and he couldn't pull it off. It's not his fault, it was just quite cringe worthy. There was no chemistry between the actors ultimately and that's something that can't be forced. It was just quite poor all around unfortunately.

Absolute garbage! It's nothing but a very poor and unimaginative rehashing of the first film. Literally not one single catchy song and all the new characters were incredibly bland. It was so bad and boring the I fell asleep in the cinema, which has never happened before. My two kids kind of enjoyed it, but they're little and easily pleased. It's nowhere near as good as the first. Disney are just an abomination now frankly.

A masterpiece! Gripping throughout, extremely well written, with brilliant casting and acting. So many fantastic characters in it that it would be hard to choose a favourite. Usually there will be a character I absolutely hate, but not in this series and it manages to have a strong female lead with Katee Sackhoff as Starbuck, without making her an annoying, unrealistic girl boss. She was perfect for the role. Probably the only series that has actually brought me to tears at the end, but not for bad reasons.

This is a Christmas film that rips the magic out of Christmas. It's dumb, shlocky and American. Those can be fun kinds of films to watch, but this missed the mark, because whilst it was entertaining after a fashion, there was nothing Christmasy about it. Santa has to be protected by what is basically a swat team with high tech gadgetry. Where's the magic in that!? There's an attempt to have some cool characters, like a kick ass polar bear, who could've been great, IF they actually utilised the character. On a side note, why a polar bear is called Garcia instead of something more fitting like Henrick, Bjorn or Magnus, is beyond me, but this is this issue, it's completely lacking in any imagination. Most of the other characters were very generic and bland. Definitely not a rewatcher.
