This show is a fantastic slow burn dark comedy. The humor can be subtle at times yet hilarious, especially for anyone with experience in academia. Don't pay much attention to the 'One Star' reviewers here who fully expected to see a rehashing of Saul Goodman. Hank is a complex character trying to navigate his way through life as a good husband, father, professor, son, and Chair of the English department. This show requires a modicum of intelligence to enjoy and if you're one of these people who didn't realize that Saul Goodman & Walter White are actually villains then this show likely isn't for you. Odenkirk shows amazing range in this performance as do the other performers. A masterpiece of dark comedy. Fingers crossed for a second season.
