Zach Arnold

Kong: Skull Island is nowhere as good as Peter Jackson's version. It just seems like another movie that they pumped with a ton of money to get the best CGI and a handful of famous actors. It had a bad story, terrible voice lines, and so many movie cliches. It felt very cheesy and underwhelming, despite the nonstop action. I give it an extra star for the graphics, otherwise I would put it at 1.
