I first started watching the program on my phone and then my wife and I both started watching it. We were so taken to it, that I bought the first season on DVD along with the devotional book that gives more information into the scriptures. We absolutely love the series so far, the characters are real and with qualities not seen in most movies done about Christ. I highly recommend it. The production is top notch, the actors bring life to all the characters in a way not often seen, and director/writer/producer Dallas Jenkins and the other producers are doing an outstanding job giving us a view into the life of Jesus that only a series such as this could bring to viewers. I've been waiting for something like this to come along for quite a long time, and it is finally here.
