Sea of Thieves is fantastic. The visuals, the water rolling on the deck, the whitecaps of the waves, the sound of the hull smacking into the rollers. This is a high risk, high reward type of game. Do you do one or two missions and turn in your loot, or do you go for the motherlode run and risk losing it? Yes, people can kill you and take your stuff and sink your ship. I see so many reviews whining about this... it's literally called SEA OF THIEVES. The whole IDEA is that you are a pirate. They literally make tons of special cannonballs to spice up PVP. Too many people get this game thinking everyone just sails around holding hands singing Kumbaya around a campfire, and it's not like that. You win, and you lose. The nice thing is, all players are equal. The only things you can buy are cosmetic, so skill and a little bit of luck are the only things that separate the winners from the losers. Good luck, have fun, and see you on the high seas. Might give you a crate full of fruit, might steal your chests.
