I have traveled around the world, i just want to say for an advanced country this is worse bus service ever. I paid for asssed seats and extra and did not even get the bus i paid for or the seat I paid and can't get anyone to complain to because they don't care how you feel or how to fix the issue once they have your money. They have no regard for paying customers. They make you feel like livestock. They were late and no apologies. If you can avoid, it please just fly or drive, not worth the stress you will put yourself through. The worst it the customer service, its a shame for an advanced country, i got better treatment from a 3rd world country.
