-SPOILERS- you know what… I live in the bliss moment where Xenon kisses Scopus. In my head they live a good life as they continue to be rivals to the public and secret lovers in private because what do you mean Scopus instead murders Xenon… who wouldn’t embrace that man!!! (It’s a fake tv show let me be delusional) Anyways... #ScenonForLife The show is good. I do love when shows that are focusing on Rome don’t ignore the fact that many of the men had male lovers. You can see where they mostly focused on the CGI but wasn’t the worst I’ve seen. The stories where interesting, it definitely takes a second to understand what is happening plot wise but by the end of the second episode I had a good understanding. I would say for someone who has minimal knowledge on Rome the show was good. I wasn’t focused on the logistics as many others probably were. I just was interested in the characters. Actors were awesome!!!

If you haven’t started it but want to know spoiler free thoughts all I have to say is WATCH IT! AND AFTER YOU WATCH IT THEN WATCH IT AGAIN FOR A SECOND TIME AND THEN A THIRD, FOURTH AND FIFTH TIME. This show has a little bit of everything for every type of audience. Your need of a certain representation shown in a natural way is met. Season 2 is just as good (if not then even better) than season 1. As the Angel and Demon set out once more for various adventures and solving mysteries you can’t help but feel emotionally connected to what is going on. I found myself laughing, getting nervous and in tears this season. To get a season 3 we HAVE to watch it and support it as much as possible (buy merch, continually play it, tweet it… etc). The strikes, though extremely important, is causing shows and movies to be very difficult to promote and is up to the audience to show that we want more. So watch season 2 and promote it as much as possible so that we can get a season 3!
