Oprah and CBS morning show should dig deeper into the research. There are many scientific details about the new book subject...what happen to you...The study of ACE:s Adverse Childhood Experiences is well underway and the CDC is on top of it as a public health issue and the continuation of these adverse practices is damaging our next generation of children and their future as adults. ACES is affecting all of our lives and the health of our country and world. It's much more important than what Dr/ White and Oprah reveal. Check a story in Psychology Today about the cost and health of us all. So glad Oprah is on board although a good bit late...but her word means a lot. I hope.

This is my second input on the performance appearance of my hero Lester Holt. I am an avid follower and think he's great but please, please ask him to take his hand out of his pocket. In serious stories of crime, abduction,, tragedy, his hand in his pocket looks ridiculous and non serious. It's too casual and too informal. Please look at this and see. No wonder ABC "mr. serious" is beating in the ratings. Please stop him!!!
