Today’s show is the reason why I tune in to CBS mornings. Tony said it aptly, ‘I go to have coffee with two friends’. Just a genuine relationship amongst cast members that is not scripted. Nate: what a wonderful joy to see him become an anchor. I can only imagine the behind the scenes crew and guests get to witness it as well. Big up to David B, Vlad and the supporting members of the cast. David’s stories are poignant and powerful….he delivers like no other. I hope he is recognized (a huge nod to his teacher who asked him the question that changed his trajectory). To Vlad: whom 20 years ago, I saw on CNN translating for a woman who had lost her daughter in an earthquake in Haiti…how he delivered the final news to her with compassion. Tony and Gayle: leadership skills (gently affirming and acknowledging each other’s strengths). To the producers, camera crew, production crew: continue to bring the stories that matter!
