I had to read George Orwell's Animal farm for my English class it was the only book that I read during the year that I liked. It is one of my favourites, the story is a group of farm animals who rebel against their human farmer. For me personally I like books that have a connection with history, In this case the book animal farm portrays the events of the Russian Revolution. One of the characters the pig Napoleon represents Joseph Stalin who was Former Premier of the Soviet Union. As the book is that it was based on communist Russia. The book Animal farm is about a rebellion that occurs in Mr. Jones's Manor Farm Napoleon, a power hungry pig takes over the now named "Animal Farm" and has a conflict with snowball, a noble pig that devotes himself to the betterment of the animals. Snowball is later expelled by Napoleon. For me Boxer is my favourite character because he is shown as the farm's dedicated and loyal labourer. Because Boxer is a horse witch is one of my favourite animals,, is a tragic hero. He is a hard worker, strong, loyal and caring. He also fights bravely against the humans. I also liked Mollie as she was Described as pretty, foolish, and vain, she represents the bourgeois in Orwell's story. She also represents the high society her character give me perspective she acts like she is in her own world and does not care about the wellbeing of other animals. I related to this story through the character snowball because he is a dedicated leader who cares about the wellbeing of all of the animals on the farm. I rate this book 100/10 it has an amazing story line with character that are easy to relate to, I would recommend this book for people who are instead in history.
