The only thing I'd have changed is a little more of the next generation...the children...and a lot less of Thomas. He's a minor character whereas, the future of Downton hinges on those cute children...especially Matthew & Mary's son. The castle has lovely gardens so it would have made a nice scene with the children out there. After all, little girls always love to play throwing a tea party imitating their mom's & gram's.
