1984 was an absolute train wreck. Previous ideas were reused and reused and then reused again. Ginormous Yawn. In addition to bringing forth unique storylines, Seasons 1, 2, 3 and 7 were far superior to the rest because characters were developed. 1984’s character development of Xavier, (Hannah) Montana, Chet, Ray and even Margaret were disappointingly thin and the characters were 1 dimensional. It was hard to watch.

Finally, something worth watching! The Capture yanks you into the unique storyline with intensity reminiscent of “24”. Immediately after each episode, I was pounding the “next episode” button. Smart story, well-written and well-acted across the board. I was ready to completely abandon all streaming networks due to their low-budget, poorly written unoriginal “original” content. Capture may well have saved the industry.
