Animal is all about Vijay ( Ranbir) and his relationship with his father Balbir (Anil). Vijay is flawed but he operates with his own conviction. It's a good movie with all the elements of a big blockbuster. All main actors have contributed to the movie but the crown is taken by Ranbir and his portrayal of Vijay. Anil Kapoor as always shines as well along with Rashmika who gets to prove her acting prowess in a couple of scenes and how she holds on her to her own in front of Ranbir. Bobby Deol has a short role but convincing. Overall a good movie, directed very well by Sandeep vanga although could have been edited better and reduced by 15 mins.
