I watched this movie in my English class at school. I would say, this movie is a bit different from the book, but it was great. This movie omitted many important details from the novel, like Faber, Guy's old friend and the green "Seashell", the Mechanical Hound, and the nuclear bomb. I liked how Mildred's (Linda) role is shown more in this movie.l, but I don't understand why they changed her name? I enjoyed the novel better.
