This was a beautiful movie, funny, touching, heartbreaking...this was something I needed to see. Only someone who has dealt with their own trauma can understand and appreciate the story. Ryan Gosling stole my heart with this character! I can only hope and pray that anyone who watches this movie will be moved and learn a valuable lesson about empathy and compassion for those of us who struggle with disorders due to traumatic childhoods.
