Incredible I’m only in high school and have competed in bodybuilding classic physique at muscle beach. My coach gave me this book as a gift and I knew about golden era but the way this author wrote this book the way he described the competition’s made me feel as if I was there. And it made me so happy and the photo made it seem I was watching the shows. No book has ever made me so excited and curious and it’s about the sport I love amazing book. If you’re a bodybuilding fans highly recommend.
