While I love Masterchef, it feels right now that if you can make a good curry you win the challenge. It would be nice to see more classical challenges. How can you be a Master chef without some knowledge of the classics? Doing curries all the time is like doing a different casserole each time. Yes curries are complex but then so is any cuisine. Challenge contestants to do different cuisines to their norm. It would certainly make it more interesting and a little fairer on the other contestants and certainly more interesting for the viewer.
