this was the worst horror movie I've ever watched nothing about it was scary and it left me more confused than intrigued the fmc was so annoying and dumb like what do you mean longlengs sent you a letter to your house what do you mean he was in your house and you didnt tell anyone? also when her mum shot her doll and the black smoke left her what was that supposed to represent, and the main detective on the case knew that the serial killer was targeting little girls who were born on the 14ths family and his daughter was born on the 14th he never took one second to think that maybe just maybe longlegs would come after him, and dont even get me started on longlegs face what was up with that he looked like the result of a botched plastic surgery and the only thing scary about him was his singing. and the interrogation scene annoys me so badly why were you out there by yourself with a raging lunatic why was there no two way mirror and why did she not even try and stop him. and omg when the detective went to go kill his wife why didn't the fmc just kill him before he killed his wife she litro js left some random little girl an orphan and they thought they were slick adding the devil in the back of some random scenes and was that person covered in a black blanket supposed to be the devil and doesnt the devil have better things to do normally in horror movies its a demon or satan not the devil i find it so dumb that the devil was randomly targeting girls born on the 14th like what is that whole thing even for and then when the fmc translated the letters she somehow randomly managed to translate it out of nowhere like i dont understand how she did it. i felt like i was reading a horrendous criminal minds x the conjuring fanfic that was written by a 10 year old who watched criminal minds and the conjuring with their mum and didnt really understand the plot. a one star is generous i would rather sandpaper my skin and use a mix of salt water on it than watch this again i would rather pluck my eyeballs out with a butcher knife than watch this again 1/5 is a overstatement whoever tricked me and said this was good you deserve death row
