Comparing this to a "Hollywood" movie, this was real. I have to admit, it was a little slow in the beginning, but the action escalated rather quickly. Thor is often glorified in movies, seen as the hero, the one people worship and fall in love with. This movie begins with a simple man who is scared and confused and doesn't understand what is happening to him. He is realizing that he has been given a godly power and doesn't under why and doesn't know how to control it. While everyone else turns against him, one person in particular shows concern and wants to help him. This is the realism, a man who is lost but someone believes in him when everyone else is turning against him. While some may give this movie a lesser review, I give it 5 stars because it is a powerful story of humanity, humanity that becomes a god.
