I was very unhappy with the Keto Fast people. I wanted to order only two bottles to see if it would work. When you go on their site the only box checked is for the 5 bottles for $154.99, I scrolled down and clicked on the two bottles I wanted to order. They went ahead and chose the 5 bottles and immediately took $191.99 out of my checking account. I did not order the 5 bottles or the cleanser for $34.99, they just added it on. I called right away and told them to cancel my order. When I called they said my order was canceled, they still took the money and won't return it. Several people have called me about the order and still won't refund the whole amount. A woman called me yesterday and said they could refund $54.99 and $12.99, she said I was getting a deal. That's not the point, a person should be able to order what they want. Upset customer. Thank you for your time, just saying...Carmen.
