By the standards of today's martial arts movies, the fighting is not satisfying but sometimes the characters do they're famous moves from the game which can be so cool in the perspective of a fan. The story is not so deep but is enough to keep the viewer entertained. Good use of musics make the movie more entertaining. If you are a fan MK, then it absolutely worth watching.

The story is somehow repeating the previous episode's formula about good characters being ready or not. They've put too many characters in the movie, some of them die so easy which is disappointing. Fight design is mostly bad and poor visual effects make it worst. Especially the final fight. Costume design is not good enough, metal parts of the robots are actually made out of plastic. The only positive thing in this movie is good environments which mostly does not represents the ones in the game.
