I respect and enjoy the open exchanges, but truly dislike their tendency to talk over each other -it is too difficult to clarify exactly what is being said plus just plain needlessly rude! The show had a continuous stream of outspoken women who eventually divulged their personal bias. Displays of how to work together despite contrasting views - keep up the good work.
