Jainam Shah

The movie feels completely disjointed and rushed in the first half. The lead didn't feel authentic at all and you can clearly tell how little effort was put into adjusting orignal material to fit Indian cinema. Rather, all the effort was seemingly put into over dramatization of a thriller and fitting the absolutely nessecary "Bollywood Songs". I do believe for someone who is into the "Bollywood" genre exclusively, would feel the movie to be refreshing and the twists to be exciting as the director would've originally intended. I have not seen the English version or read the book but I am sure the hindi take on the same is forgettable and dramatized into making it feel like 2000s emran hashmi thriller. ( Which were alot better)
