Maddy Be

The story is the fusion of "Dark Matter" series, "Coherence", "Mirage", "The Devil's Hour" series. Director tried to keep the storyline as good as possible but the screenplay didn't go as sync. Very poor acting. The Hindi dubbing was horrible. One time watch.

This is what you call "horror movie"???!! All these time I wished the annoying reporter would die and glad she was. What a low IQ, whiner reporter lol with bunch of weak characters & screenplay. I won't get back my 1 hour 15 mnts back in my life ever.

1. Zero background story. 2. Trashy acting. 3. Mindless gory scene for 82 minutes without progression of story. Personally I'm a slasher movie fan but this low IQ, low budget film horribly failed to catch the vibe. Wasted my precious time.👎🏻

Four words : Fifty shades of 'love'. And now don't judge the 'morals' or the 'way' of love, to love. Just pure love that way Srijit portrayed in a frame, this is called true aesthetic. I'll intentionally ignore the minor flaws in front of this greater art. Everyone did justice to their characters. Specially the dog and the tree. Go Srijit.

So basically it's a scenario of 'Electra Complex'. As because Jia never got father's love in her childhood, so she doesn't know how to express love in 'healthy way', she needed to be pampered, take cared of by fatherly figure but her teenage psychology didn't know about father-daughter relationship. So the outcome is being distorted. When got rejected by Vijay in the end, its worth noticing how she changed her mind and got along with Rishi, when he shows bit of caring affection. So its clear, she needed Care, to be understood and love(not romantically) as her childhood wasn't good. On the other hand, Ritu's father got young vibes through Jia, he didn't even sure in the first hand that if he's really in love, because he just wanted to enjoy the green young vibes in his old ages and here he got confused between 'real love' and 'moment of young happiness'. Hence the whole fam suffered. Jia Khan acted promisingly, Amitabh Bachhan as usual gave outstanding performance. Revathi, she's flawless! Shraddha Arya, Nassar gave their best. I quite liked this movie. Still Ram Gopal Verma could speed up the pace of script. Sometimes it felt unrealistic in the scene of Jia-Vijay. Otherwise its kinda different genre movie and Bollywood should produce more experimental movie to break the taboo of different shades of human psychology and age gap romanticism.

Only the good thing about this movie is the 'concept', apart from that, the acting, narrative style, direction, script, songs are worse than ever. Director clearly couldn't brought out the best of Sanjay Dutt. Aditi's acting was so-so. She tried her best to make it real but poor direction couldn't help her. Riddhi Sen as Jeetu, he's a strong actor, he did well. Sharad Kelkar acted well in negative roll. But as usual poor direction didn't justify his acting skill. Shekhar Suman's comedy was a relief. Other than that the trial (court) scene was just a farce, there's no logic and poor acting of supporting actors make this movie terrible. Its ok to watch once this movie but if you wanna watch for Sanjay Dutt or Aditi Rao, then it's an epic fail. Not worth watching.

Teared me up totally. The casting was superb! Everyone's acting was on point. A massive respect to Anjan sir. He's a GREAT actor, wow!! Worth watching movie! 😍😍🔥🔥
