This is my first book review. (Audiobook version) I'm just hoping to save a few people the hours of wasted life that they might spend on this book.
I'm giving up at chapter 10. This woman has spent 9 chapters talking about what you could learn from her 5 steps and has not explained a single step. She goes on endlessly about what you are about to learn! She repeats herself over and over with little to no content...
This has to be the worst mental health book I've ever encountered. My mental health has suffered just listening to it! I wish that I could have my 4.5 hours back ๐
