I read the book as soon as I received it and I have been on the plan for 2 weeks now and I am down 5 lbs and feel great.
I do the 10 minute workout every day. ( beats running on a treadmill for 60 minutes a day)
I don’t have the cravings that I used to have and don’t really miss the sugar as much as I thought I would.
I highly recommend this diet plan.
