This book is an excellent resource on Physical Chemistry. However, I have strong reasons to believe that its revision is long overdue. Especially the thermodynamics part needs to be completely rewritten in light of new research as there are many logically incorrect interpretations of the derived fundamental results in this book just like any other Physical Chemistry text written before the turn of the century.
