Mark Goff

I worked with Russ Claggett. Not very many people in the Frisco PD thought much of Claggett for his abrasive attitude. Lori the woman he shot was trying to be talked into surrendering her weapon by Officer Royal who was standing a few feet away when he shot her. Lori had done this before with peaceful endings. Claggett is no hero, and some believe he should have gone to prison over this.
