I found this movie to be so entertaining and educational for future parents raising super star athletes. I’m a mother of two female athletes, one sister for softball and one for tennis. It was never easy to balance their education with sports while keeping them grounded. Both of our girls were college recruited athletes, one softball and one tennis, they earned their way. King Richard wanted his girls to have fun and be kids, that is exactly what we wanted for our girls.
It is the balance, it is the hard work, and it is the dedication to a sport that requires A good mental attitude. As portrayed in the movie other parents can be a nightmare. This movie is a reminder that parenting is key to raising a well balanced happy athlete. The endgame may never be a Serena or Venus Williams, but the rewards are many for those who compete in team sports. Both our girls are adult women in the workforce, both girls are at the top of their game and very successful. They are team players, it comes natural to them because of sports . . .
This movie is worth your review, it provides an insight to love, guidance and balance for young athletes.
A must see when raising your super star 🌟
