It is so challenging to fully explain mental illness to others - and it was so relieving to read a book that so wonderfully explains the ups & downs, feelings & thoughts that can be so overwhelming. I could not recommend this book more and I’m so thankful to Matt Haig for writing it. Whether you battle mental illness or know someone who does, this book is a great read. It’s a touching memoir of the author’s struggles with depression & anxiety, while giving helpful advice and thoughtful perspective.
