Of all of the dozens of home renovation shows that have ever appeared over decades on HGTV, discovery or MAX.... this one is by far THE BEST.

Carrie Preston is wonderful but the show is way too much like the old Columbo show, in which the audience is first shown the perpetrator committing the crime, followed by the detective spending the rest of the hour attempting to solve it. Not very suspenseful.

Not as scary or suspenseful as the other Flanagan Netflix series. It is very enjoyable however to see Flanagans standard cast of actors stretch themselves into complete different roles.

Fantastic series but the subplot with Rosie Perez seemed underserved and distracting. My guess is that HBO got two different shows pitched to them ....one with Kaley Cuoco and another with Rosie Perez and decided they needed to merge them to save costs.
