Beyond the interesting fire rescues, it has a natural way of blending actual struggles that people go through without clobbering us over the head with them. Very refreshing....cancer treatment, tragic loss, family, learning disabilities (LOVE episode 6 the way they fluidly made accommodations for their dyslexic colleague!). Outstanding show! (And I’m picky)
