I just stumbled upon this series recently and have found it quite inspiring...love how the goal is to offer great renovated homes to first time home buyers at low and affordable prices. My one question is you never hear or see laundry facilities in the homes. Are they there and we just don't see these parts or do these new home owners have to trek to laundry mats to do clothes? A laundry location in home would be one of my #1 requirements.. Keep up the great work
