This program is touted as being an individualized approach to fat loss. There is nothing about this program that is anything other than a ploy to make money off of your desire to lose weight. If you do decide to join, which I would strongly advise against, be careful as they will continue to charge you for you monthly membership unless you submit a cancellation notice two weeks prior to your next billing.
