This is an inferior version. Updated sfx, loud generic basso sound effects to invoke awe and size will not compensate sufficiently for the incredibly poor dialog and weak opening sequence. Uneven depiction of characters with too much focus on Timothee and Zendaya's Paul and Chani at the expense the Emperor, Mwntats and guild navigators. The shadows Mapes character was a joke.the Harkness were reasonably portrayed as was the Saudakar. Jason was a standout as Duncan. Liet 's character represents the woke world we live in. The music was too western...there should have been strong undertones of middle eastern culture and an Arabic theme. Stilgar and Jamis character were quite well done. In keeping with woke, we should have middle eastern actors. I give it a 2
