Brilliant drama about a father and son who end up at the same prison and their relationship within the prison world. I couldn't tear myself away from it even when some of the violence was a bit much for me. It wasn't wasted violence but was used for storyline progression and for giving a truth to the plot line about the prison system as a whole, and how it effects each of their thoughts, motives and lives. Not only for those inside the prison walls but for the children put into care and acting out because they have little interaction with their incarcerated parent/s. It made me truly see the positive possibilities of anger management and how effective it is and it also opened my eyes to the "anger gene" being passed down generationally. This film was so well done. It's a shame for anyone to miss it.
