While I enjoy most of Disney’s programs, Fancy Nancy makes my skin crawl! I am reminded of PBS’s poster child for brats Calliou. My granddaughter was watching an episode recently where Nancy is hosting a neighborhood art show and she does not like one boys art so she tries to convince the other kids to see his artwork as ugly as she does. When the other kids don’t go along Nancy hangs his work in the garage hidden from the actual art show then goes on to ensure the boy that he has the best spot for everyone to see his artwork!! How manipulative!! What a snake! I also find her side shots of explaining to the audience what her “fancy” word means as pretentious and arrogant. I will sign any petition to remove this “Disney Dud” from the air!! Folks stick with Puppy Pals or Vampirina or anything else!
