It showed the emotions and stressful life that EMS experience on a daily basis in a crowded city. Dealing with a wide range of people from different backgrounds is sometimes difficult. I completely understood this instantly as I am a healthcare professional and I can relate to some of the situations. The movie’s aim is definitely important to show others the reality that healthcare worker and EMS struggle with. I felt that there was not much a story or plot but rather stating facts in a quick way which is unfortunate.
