I thoroughly enjoyed this book. I actually bought this book in Cromer and know many of the locations through years of visiting.
I looked forward to how the main characters developed, especially their relationships, as much as I did the murder investigation.
If this book is anything to go by, I shall be definitely reading more books from this author.

I wonder who some of the reviewers have been paid by. Braveheart this isn't. Pretty standard sword and sorcery affair but without the sorcery. A local lad, falls for the daughter of a local leader and rescues her. The local leader is a cad and a bounder to boot. He's a thrall of the Khan and seeks to destroy the villagers without killing his daughter. All in all, it's worth watching, if only to see what happens to Bond girls and the guy from Terminator 2.
