Valkyrian Mayhem

Not terrible, but not impressive. I wouldn’t have as much trouble with this game if the graphics were a bit nicer and the gameplay was less dodgy. The 3ds port, which I have for a 2DS, isn’t really worth the purchase. Honestly, it’s just Twili Midna that makes it remotely worth it to me, but even then there’s a slight delay in the normal attack chains and it feels like there wasn’t as much effort put into this game, especially for the sake of those that don’t have a Wii U or a Switch. My advice: Save your money and buy the Definitive Version for the Switch. It’s not a terrible game, but if it were to get remastered so the graphics and gameplay were more consistent, I’d be very interested. There’s lore expansion and more characters, but PLEASE don’t get this game if you’re expecting something spectacular.
