I am 12 years old and I recently watched both It movies and read both books. It is one of my favorite series because it's not only scary but Stephen King was able to mimic the humor of 13 year old children perfectly. I would say this movie is for 13+ ages but i would still reccomend it to younger people because of much i loved it. It has some language and some things that aren't necissarily appropriete for kids, but it's still an amazing production. To be honest this movie wasn't that scary because things looked kind of fake. I'm not talking about the quality, but for example if you search up a picture of the haunted house that pennywise lives in, it just doesn't look believable. though, the humor and charcaters made up for this completely. I have rewatched both movies multiple times, the first one is still my favorite, I relaly reccomend this movie. I hope you enjoy!
