For me honestly, as a Texan, I found the movie really comforting. By no means it’s perfect, but imperfection is what makes things perfect.
It had a realistic depiction of Texas as a culture, it’s a bit over characterized and exaggerated, but that’s what makes it entertaining. The characterization of characters in our own lives.
