Drags you down and leaves you there. I often judge movies by how much they weigh on my mind afterwards. This one big and heavy, “dispirited” is a good descriptor. Meaning it hit a spot. Good or bad, it hits it. So it is on my recommended list... but not for those who want to feel good after.
