The whole episodes are totally ruin just because of a minute scene that is not even worth to add there. What agenda producer or writer want viewer to see? Putting the hidden name from the actual happening, but with fact twist. If the reason is coincidence, no it is not. Because the scene is not even exist in the novel. And whoever add that, it is intentional.
