WE NEED A SEQUEL!!! Respeto showcases a variety of topics that are still argued to this day. It perfectly emphasizes the aspects of traditional spoken poetry to the art of modern rapping "fliptop". Don't even get me started on how the film highlights the similarities of the Marcos's draconic regime to that of du30's EJK spree. This film is beautifully done, despite the lacking experience in acting by some of the actors; the story, the delivery and pacing made most if not everything perfect. Props to the production team and cast and especially to the director for creating such a great film. Kudos to you guys! I heard this film is the first part of a trilogy. If so, I'm on the edge of my seat awaiting the announcement for the sequel!
