Well written plots, great acting and authentic interior decor and costumes, Vienna Blood is a fantastic series! I love the growing friendship between Max and the Inspector amidst the undertow of political and social tension of the time. I love how the series brings to the forefront the clash of psychological theories prevalent during the early 1900’s. I love that it also reveals the prejudices between classes, religions, and nationalities. Can’t wait to read the books and I sincerely hope the series continues for a long time.
