Once upon a time it was a great game until all they became interested in was new players and new revenue. The same bugs exist for months if not years and every update brings more of them and breaks the game a little more. You pay for a BP to aquire new and better weapons and equipment, only to have them nerfed a season or two later because new players complain that the game is unfair. Overall it could have been a contender but has been badly let down by the development team. If you're a new player you'll fall in love with it but it will be a short lived romance.
