Dean Brauchli

This movie has all the ingredients of a great western of the 60's era. Great scenery, big name actors. A little slower pace than some westerns but that allows for some great chances to observe some fine acting skills. As usual, Lee Marvin steals the show by being Lee Marvin. Add in Burt Lancaster, Robert Ryan, Claudia Cardinale,, Woody Strode. Ralph Bellamy, Jack Palance, etc. and u have 1 tremendous cast. There are no modern day actors who should even be named in the same sentence .
