Not terrible, but not great. The first episode was slow, and seemed to be about recapping Obi "Ben" Wan Kenobi, why he was on Tatoine, showing the childhood of litte Leiah, and introducing new characters, rather than focusing on get us "hooked in" to the new series with a action packed first episode.
The first episode is the sort of story I'd expect to see 3rd in a series, an in between episode.
I thought Ewan McGregor and Moses Ingram were OK. There was some flashes of awesomeness from both, and some syfy channel ham from both.
I'm going to go against the grain here, and say I like the Reva character. One of my favorite things about Star Wars is imagining all the amazing backstories of the various characters. That said, I'd wish we'd get more Obi-Wan and less Reva, and especially less baby Leigha, after all the show is called "Obi-Wan Kenobi."
I'm going to keep watching, I hope the last few episodes get more interesting!
