I would never take greyhound bus again! It was my birthday 03/03/2023 I was at the bus station the bus driver told me twice it's running late and I'm at the bus station but to find out I miss my bus. I call customer service twice back to make they refuse to give me a refund. I'm not happy with this company at all!!! I hope everyone reading these reviews boycott greyhound choose the train station or mega bus. They will give u bad service and a bad traveling experience..
